The following file types are avalable in econveyance:
- Buyer File - use this file type when acting on behalf of a buyer
- Seller File - use this file type when acting on behalf of a seller
- Borrower File - use this file type when acting on behalf of a borrower
- Lender File - use this file type when acting on behalf of a lender
- Project Master Buyer File - use this file type when acting for buyers of multiple units or lots in a development. Enter all information that will be common to all buyer files. For more information on copying a master file click here
- Project Master Seller File - use this file type when acting for the seller of multiple units or lots in a development
- Project Buyer File - this will be the file type of a file copied from a Project Master Buyer File
- Project Seller File - this will be the file type of a file copied from the Project Master Seller File
You can also act on both sides of all of the above noted file types.
The collaborative nature of econveyance also allows you to connect with the lawyer/notary on the other side of the file and share the common data in the file, avoiding duplicate data entry.
