Reports are a valuable tool for managing your conveyance practise. You can generate reports that  allow your firm to track internal statistics such as number and type of files done by each conveyancer or numbers of files closing on a specific day. You can also generate realtor and referral reports that allow you to keep track of your referral sources and determine where you need to focus your marketing. Reports are also available for client history and closed files.

There are a number of reports avaliable in econveyance.  Reports are accessed from the Firm menu located on  the always available menu bar at the top.  Once the list of reports appears, click on the report you wish to generate.

Each report has parameters that allow you to customize the information that appears on the report. You can choose to generate reports for files opened by all lawyers/notaries or a specific lawyer/notary, all conveyancers or a specific conveyancer. You can select all file types or a specific file type, as well as, all completion dates or completion dates in a specified range.

Note:  If you are using Internet Explorer 8, depending upon your settings, you may see a pop up regarding viewing secure and non secure items. You must be sure that you allow access to the non secure items.
