Viewing Public Library Entries

Entries in the public library are created and managed by the very helpful desk. You are able to view the entries in the library for reference purposes.

Refine Displayed Entries

By default, all entries in the public library will be displayed. You can refine the entries that appear using the Show Corporation and Show Individuals check boxes at the top of the screen. Hover over either of these entries for a complete list of entry categories. As an example, if you wish to view only home insurance companies, click the Show Corporations box to deselect all corporation types and then select only home insurance. Also click the Show Individuals box to deselect all individual types. This will display all corporations with a category of Home Insurance.

Search for Entries

Select a letter at the top of the screen to see all entries that start with a specific letter.

To search for a specific entry, click the magnifying glass icon on the bottom toolbar. Enter the name of the entry you wish to find in the search box and click the Search button. The search results will display any entry that contains your search criteria anywhere in the name.

View Entries

Entries can be viewed in the list, or for a more detailed view, click on the blue name.
