New Conveyancer

The fields of the New Conveyancer screen are as follows:

Last Name - Enter the conveyancer's last name. This is a required field.

First Name - Enter the conveyancer's first name. This is a required field.

Middle Name - Enter the conveyancer's middle name. This is not a required field.

Initials - Enter the initials of the conveyancer in lower case. The initials entered here will appear at the bottom of letters generated by the user as well as in the Conv column of the file list.

Direct Phone - Enter the conveyancer's direct phone number, if applicable.

Email - Enter the conveyancer's email address.

Direct Fax - Enter the conveyancer's direct fax number, if applicable.
