File Access

Econveyance files are opened and stored under lawyers or notaries. Conveyancers must be granted access to the appropriate lawyers' or notaries' files.

The Available Lawyers or Notaries table displays a list of all lawyers or notaries at the firm who are set up in econveyance. In order to access files for specific lawyers or notaries those lawyers or notaries must be moved to the Selected Lawyers or Notaries table.

All lawyers/notaries can be moved from one table to the other by clicking the appropriate double arrow key. To move specific lawyers/notaries, select the lawyer/notary, or multiple lawyers/notaries, and click the appropriate single arrow key.
