If no login has been created, you will see a Create New Login link. Clicking the link will display the following fields:
Username
Enter a Username for the conveyancer. We recommend using the conveyancer's email address. Please note - the Username must be unique. If the username already exists in econveyance, you will receive a message that indicates the login cannot be created. Click OK on the message box and enter a new Username.
Allow Administrator Privileges
Select this box if this conveyancer should have administrator privileges. Administrator privileges allow the user to add, edit and delete all information in the Company Profile. Users that do not have administrator privileges can view the information in the Company Profile only.
Send confirmation to Conveyancer or Alternate Email Address
For security purposes, an authentication email is sent to all new users. This confirmation email requires that users click the link in the email, enter the temporary password provided in the email and create a new password. To have the authentication email sent to the user, click the Conveyancer link. To have the authentication email sent to another party, type the email address into this field
Document Groups
Document groups are designed to simplify the document generation process. On many files a standard set of documents is prepared. We have created Default Document Groups incorporating these standard documents which users can use to quickly locate and generate the documents they need. The groups can be provided to the user by clicking the Provide Default Document Groups link .
