Referral Tab

The Referral Tab is used to track referrals by individual, company or category. The fields on the Referral tab are as follows:

• Referred by - Individual - Click the blue Referred by - Individual link to look up the referring party in the library. Search by the last name of the party. When the party is selected, the Referred by - Company may be completed if the individual is attached to a company. The address, phone and fax will also be completed.
• Referred by - Company - If you want to note only a company as the referral party, click the blue Referred by - Company link and look up the company in the library. When the company is selected, the address, phone and fax fields will also be completed.
• Referral Category - Referrals can be tracked by category alone or a combination of category and individual or company. Click the drop down arrow and select the appropriate category.  The items in the Referral Category drop down are in your control.  For more information on how to edit the items in the Referral Category drop down visit the Profiles section.
