CORPORATE BUYER

Corporate Name - Use the blue link to look up the corporate buyer in the library, or enter the information directly into the field.

Officers & Directors - Officers and Directors are only accessible if your corporation is entered into the library.

BC Incorporation # - Enter the BC Incorproation number for the company, if applicable.

BC Registration # - Enter the BC Registration number for the company, if applicable.

Other Jurisdiction - Enter details of incorporation in another jurisdiction (eg. Incorporated in Ontario under number 90909403)

INDIVIDUAL BUYER

Last Name - Use the blue link to look up the individual buyer in the library, or enter the information directly into the field.

First Name - This field will be populated if you selected a library entry for the buyer. If not, enter the information directly into the field.

Middle Name - This field will be populated if you selected a library entry for the buyer. If not, enter the information directly into the field.

Occupation - Enter the occupation of the buyer.

Suite - Enter the suite number of the buyer's address - if applicable.

Street Address - Enter the street address for the buyer. Note you can enter PO Box and RR addressed in this field.

City - Enter the city for the buyer.

Province - Enter the province for the buyer.

Postal - Enter the postal code for the buyer.

Country - Enter the country for the buyer if it is other than Canada.

Home Phone - Enter the home phone number for the buyer.

Work Phone - Enter the work phone number for the buyer.

Cell - Enter the cell number for the buyer.

Fax - Enter the fax number for the buyer.

Email - Enter the email address for the buyer.

Mail c/o this Buyer - Select this option if any correspondence to be addressed to the buyers will be sent to this address.

HST Number - Enter the HST number for the buyer, if applicable.

Type of Ownership - Enter the type of ownership (eg. as to an undivided 1/2 interest)

Capacity - Enter any capacity information, if applicable. (eg. As Executor of the Estate of John Doe, Deceased)

Additional Info for Signing Block - Enter any additional signing block information, if applicable. (eg. by her attorney Jane Doe, see DF3434)
