Re-Open a Closed File

Follow these simple steps to re-open a file that was previously closed. 

1. Click on the search icon magnifying.bmp in the top left corner of the screen.

2. Enter the name of the file you would like to re-open in the Search for field.

3. Select the Closed Files tick box and press Enter on your keyboard or click the search icon.

4. The closed file number will show in blue if it is found. Select the check box next to the file number.

5. To re-open, click the re-open closed file icon reopen.bmp, which is located at the bottom of the section. Note: Each file section has its own re-open icon which must be selected to re-open files in that section.

6. A prompt will then appear stating that this is a closed file. Select [Yes] to re-open the file.

7. The file will then appear with the word (Opened) next to it. Click on the blue file number to access the file.
