What's It All About

At econveyance, we believe in entering information only once and using it everywhere. We take this concept one step further by allowing both lawyers/notaries involved in a transaction to share the econveyance file, saving the parties from re-entering the same information.

In order to share a file, the party that starts the file, must invite the other party to join his econveyance file.

As soon as both parties agree to share a file, business rules are implemented which keeps confidential information restricted. For example, the seller lawyer/notary would not be able to view the buyer's mortgage, or the buyer's statement of adjustments.
