Sending an Invitation

An invitations list is displayed when you click on the invitations menu item containing the following information:

Agent - This displays the name of the lawyer or notary. An econveyance logo will appear beside the name if this lawyer or notary is an econveyance member.

Agent Role - The role of the particular lawyer or notary. (eg. Buyer lawyer)

Invite Date - If an invitation was sent to the lawyer or notary, the date it was sent will display.

Expirty Date - If an invitation was sent to the lawyer or notary, the date it will expire will display.

Accepted Date - If an invitation was sent to the lawyer or notary and it was accepted, the date it was accepted will display.

Status  - The status of the invitation. (eg. Not invited or Accepted)

Action - The allowable action will display.

To send an invitation do the following:

  1. Click on the Invite link in the Action column
  2. Review the invitation screen that appears. Note the email address that appears is the email address that we have on file for the particular lawyer or notary. You can edit this email address.
  3. Set the time frame for a response.
  4. Click the Send link.

 

You will receive email notification when the party accepts the invitation, or if the party declines or ignores the invitation.
