 PID - If you conducted a search and imported the information, this field will be populated for you. If you are entering a property manually, enter the PID number in this field with the appropriate dashes.

Brief Legal - If you prefer to show a brief legal in the subject lines of your letters, enter it here. If no brief legal is entered, the full legal description will be used.

Full Legal - If you conducted a search and imported the information, this field will be populated for you. If you are entering a property manually, enter the full legal description in this field.

Undivided Interest (if applicable) - If you are dealing with an undivided interest in the property enter that interest here (eg. undivided 1/2 interest)

Suite # - Enter the property Suite # if applicable.

Street - Enter the property street address.

City - Enter the property city.

Province - Enter the property province as BC (no periods and no spaces)

Postal - Enter the property postal code.

County - This field may be left blank.

Transaction Type - Select the appropriate Transaction Type from the drop down. If you are in a purchase file, this field will default to Fee Simple. This information is used to populate the Property Transfer Tax Return. If you are dealing with a property that is not forming part of the purchase, select either No Transfer(fee simple), No Transfer(other) or Discharge Only. All of these options will ensure that the property is not reflected in your adjustments or the subject lines of specific letters.  The following is an example of when this might be used:

A buyer is purchasing a new property. That buyer already owns another property. The buyer is getting a new mortgage and the lender requires that the new mortgage cover both the property being purchased and the property already owned. The property already owned would be entered in the purchase file and the transaction type set as No Transfer(fee simple).

Transaction Type Details - If you set the Transaction Type as Other, you must enter the details in this field.
