PTT Tab

PTT Type - Select the PTT type from the drop down.

PTT Amount - If the PTT type is either First Time or General, the system will calculate the PTT amount automatically when you click the Calculate link. If the PTT type is special, you must enter the PTT amount.

Transfer of - Select the type of property being transferred from the drop down list. This field defaults to the most common type of Land with Improvements.

Property Is - Select the zoning of the property from the drop down list. This field defaults to the most common type of Residential.

Lease Term in Years - If the property is being leased, enter the term of the lease in years.

% Interest Transferred - Enter the percentage of the property that is being transferred. This field defaults to the most common percent of 100.

Show on Adjustments - Select this option if you wish the amount of the PTT to show on the Buyer Statement of Adjustments as a debit to the buyer. This field will be selected by default if the Show PTT on BSOA option has been selected in the Lawyer Profile.
