Charges Tab

The charges tab displays a list of all charges on the property. If you conducted your title search and imported the information, this list will be populated for you.

Drag and Drop - The double green arrows allow you to re-order the charges. Click on the arrow and drag the charge to the new location.

Edit - Click the blue Edit link to access the charges screen, make any changes to the information, and add pay out details.

Registration # - This column displays the registration number of the charge.

Charge Holder - This column displays the name of the charge holder.

Nature of Charge - This column displays the type of charge.

Remove - This column displays whether the charge is set to remain on title or be removed from title.

Delete - Click this link to delete a charge.
