Strata Management Company - Click the blue link to look up the strata management company in the library or enter the information directly into the field.

Address, Phone and Fax - If you looked up the strata management in the library, this information may be populated for you. If not enter the information directly into the fields as required.

Help Me Find The Management Company - This button will appear ONLY if your strata plan number field on this screen has been completed. We have thousands of matches, but if we do not have a match for your particular plan, you will be notified as soon as you click the button. If we do have a match, when you click the button you will see a request form. Review the form and click Accept & Send if you would like us to verify the strata management company and provide you with the details via return email. We strive to provide this information as quickly as possible, however, there are times where we encounter delays in verifying the information. You will receive a response within 24 hours of your request.

Strata Maintenance Fee - Enter the amount of the strata maintenance fee that you wish to adjust.

Maintenance Period Start Date - Select the starting date for the maintenance period that you wish to adjust for from the calendar widget that appears when you click into the field.

Maintenance Period End Date - Select the end date for the maintenance period that you wish to adjust for from the calendar widget that appears when you click into the field.

Maintenance Fee Paid - Select this option if the maintenance fees that you are adjusting for have been paid. The system determines who should receive a credit and who should receive a debit based on this option.

Adjustment Date - The adjustment date entered on the transaction screen is displayed here for your reference. The date can be edited or entered into this field.

Description - This field will complete for you when you click the generate link. The information can be edited once it is generated. If you prefer you can enter your own desription directly into this field.

Calculation Preview - This field will complete automatically for you when you click the generate link below the Description field or when you click save. This information will also change automatically if the adjustment date is changed at any time. The information in this field cannot be edited by you.

Adjusted Amount Preview - This field will complete automatically for you when you click the generate link below the Description field or when you click save. This information will also change automatically if the adjustment date is changed at any time. The information in this field cannot be edited by you.
