Title Insurance Tab

PLEASE NOTE - If you are using the Third Party Links to obtain title insurance from either Chicago Title or First Canadian Title, the fields on this screen will be automatically populated for you.

Title Insurance Company - Use the blue link to look up the title insurance company in the library, or enter the information directly in the field.

Address, Phone, Fax and Email - If you selected the title insurance company from the library, these fields may be populated for you. If not, enter the information directly into the field.

Received - Select this field if you have received a title insurance policy.

Policy - Enter the policy number.

Date of Policy - Select the date of the policy from the calendar widget that appears when you click into the field.

Cost - If you wish to recoup the cost to obtain the title insurance, enter the amount.

HST - Enter any HST paid on the cost.

Cost Charged On - Select the appropriate entry from the drop down as to where the cost should be shown.
