Mortgages

Econveyance allows you to prepare an unlimited number of mortgages on your file. To add a mortgage for a corporate lender, click the Add Corporate Lender menu item. To add a mortgage for an invididual lender, click the Add Individual Lender menu item.

Mortgage Products for many lenders are available in econveyance. Selecting the appropriate mortgage product and completing any applicable Form E details and fields on the Mortgage Details Tab will allow you generate a fully completed Form B Mortgage together with all required schedules. For some products, many of the fields on the Mortgage Details Tab will also be completed for you. These fields are completed as a convenience to you and you must ensure their accuracy by reviewing the instructions received from the lender.
