Properties Tab

This tab allows you to select the properties that will be covered by this mortgage. If your file as one property entered at the time the mortgage is created, that property will automatically be attached to the mortgage. If your file has more than one property entered at the time the mortgage is created, no properties will automatically be attached to the mortgage and you must select the appropriate properties on this tab.

Any properties attached to this mortgage will display in the list.

Add Property To Mortgage - click this link to add additional properties to the mortgage. Note: Properties must be entered under the Properties link in order to be available on this link.

Edit - Clicking the edit link will take you to the property record to allow you make any changes to the property.

Delete - Clicking the Delete link will remove the property from the mortgage.
