Additions/Deductions Tab

The additions/deductions is to be used to show any additions or deductions to the amount of the mortgage that are being provided or held by the lender. Any additions or deductions entered on this tab will be clearly itemized on the statement of adjustments or order to pay.

Add New Addition/Deduction - Click this link to add a new addition/deduction to the mortgage.

Edit - Click the edit link to edit the addition/deduction.

Delete - Click the delete link to remove the addition/deduction.
