Guarantors Tab

Use the Guarantors Tab to add guarantors/covenantors/indemnitors to your mortgage. You may have as many corporate and individual guarantors as required. Guarantors entered will display in a list on this screen.

Add Corporate Guarantor - click this link to add a corporate guarantor to your file. Note: Select whether the lender refers to the party as a Guarantors, Indemnitor or Covenantor from the Type drop down on this screen.

Add Individual Guarantor - click this link to add a corporate guarantor to your file. Note: Select whether the lender refers to the party as a Guarantors, Indemnitor or Covenantor from the Type drop down on this screen.

Edit - Click the edit link to edit a guarantor entered.

Delete - Click the delete link to delete a guarantor.
