There are over 800 different forms and letters available in econveyancePro. To assist you in finding the documents you need, we thought we'd share with you our thinking when we created the document names:
Blank Letters and Faxes
There are several blank letters and Faxes available. Search for Blank to see all available documents.
Builder's Lien Holdbacks
There are letters available to authorize the release of the holdback as well as send out holdback monies. Search for BLH.
Consents
Consents are available in econveyancePro in two different styles. There are letters from your firm directed to the client that are acknowledged by the client (on your letterhead) and there are consents given from the client to your firm (no letterhead). Search for Consent to see all available documents.
Deposit Funds Letters
There are several letters to deposit funds available. Search for Deposit to see all available letters.
Discharge Follow-Up Letters
There are several discharge follow up letters available. Search for Discharge to see all available documents.
Due Diligence
There are several standard due diligence search letters and consents available. Search for DD to see all of these types of documents.
Family Transfer
File opened as Mortgage – There is a Form A and a Property Transfer Tax return available for use in a Mortgage file. As there is no Seller screen on a mortgage file and no Price & GST tab, when you generate these documents you will need to complete some of the information manually.
File opened as Purchase – If you have opened the file as a purchase, there is an Order to Pay – Family Transfer document that will compile showing all calculations that appear on the Buyer Statement of Adjustments tab in accounting. Search for Family.
GST
There are many GST forms available. Search for GST to see all available forms.
ID Verification Forms
Various ID verification forms are available. Search for ID to see all available forms.
Land Title Forms
Land Title Forms are available in econveyancePro in both EFS and paper formats. Search for EFS or Paper to see all available forms.
Letters to Outside Lender Rep
There are times when you act for the Buyer and another firm acts on behalf of the Lender. There are letters available to assist in sending documents and reporting to the Lender representative. Search for 3rd Party
Manufactured Homes
Specific Manufactured Home documents are available. Search for MHR to see all documents. There is also a generic General Security Agreement available. Search for General.
Pay Out Letters
There are letters available for paying out charges on title, paying out payees and paying outstanding accounts. Search for Pay Out to see all available letters.
Returning Documents
There are letters available for returning documents to other lawyers. These include Return Docs to Buyer Rep and Return Docs to Lender Rep. Search for Return to see all available letters.
Requesting Information
There are several letters for requesting information. Examples include Request Insurance, Request Excess $ from Selling Agent and Request Pay Out Statement. Search for Request to see all of these types of documents.
Reporting
There are several letters to report information. Examples include Report Discharge to Buyer Rep and Report to Buyer. Search for Report to see all available letters.
Resolutions
Various corporate resolutions are available. Search for Resolution to see all available forms.
Sending Documents and Funds Out
There are letters available for sending documents and funds to other lawyers, lenders and clients in the system. Examples include Send Docs to Seller Rep and Send Docs to Buyer. Search for Send to see all of these types of letters.
Statutory Declarations
There are several different statutory declarations available. Search for Stat to see all available documents.
Strata Forms
Many of the specific strata request forms required by the management companies are available. Examples include Baywest Strata Request Form and Croft Strata Request. Many of the statutory strata forms are also available, the Strata Form F and Form B being the most common ones. Search for Strata to see all available forms.
Western Conveyancing Protocol
We worked closely with the Law Society to develop documents to assist you in complying with the Western Conveyancing Protocol. The WCP checklist sets out all documents that should be generated under certain circumstances in order to comply with the protocol. Search for WCP to see all of the different documents that are available.
