Documents can be delivered electronically through econveyancePro either by document pickup or email.  Document delivery and pickup will be tracked on the Pickups and Deliveries tab. For more details on the tracking of delivered documents, click the Pickups and Deliveries link in the menu bar on the left.

Document Pickup

Document pickup is used to deliver documents to the lawyer or notary acting on the other side of your file. The lawyer or notary must be sharing your file in order to access documents for pickup. For more information on sharing files, click Invitations in the menu bar on the left.

Follow these steps to deliver documents via document pickup:

  1. Select the documents you wish to deliver by clicking the check box in the include column
  2. Click the Deliver Document button. The Deliver Documents screen will appear with the Delivery Method defaulted to Via Document Pickup.
  3. Select the recipient from the recipients list.
  4. Review the included documents to ensure they are correct.
  5. Select the Send Email Notification if you would like an email automatically sent to the lawyer or notary indicating that documents are available for pickup.
  6. Click the Send link. You will see a message box indicating "Documents are now available for pickup. The date and time documents are picked up will be noted on the Pickups and Deliveries Tab."  Click OK.
