Downloading Documents

To download multiple documents at one time to you local system, follow these steps:

  1. Select the documents you wish to download in the include column.  Documents can be selected at random or all document can be selected at once by clicking the Include check box at the top.
  2. Click the Download Documents button.
  3. Review the option on the Download Documents screen that appears. 
    Filename will populate with your file number. Note - this box cannot be blank. 
    Download Option will default to Editable unless you have changed this setting in the User Profile. Choosing the editable option will download only the Microsoft Word version of editable documents and the PDF version of documents that are not available in Word format.
    Delete After Download should be selected if you would like the system to delete these documents from the finalized documents tab once they are downloaded.
  4. Click the Retrieve link.
  5. If you have Pop-Ups blocked, you will need to enable them in order to see the appropriate screens. See Browser settings for details.
  6. Depending upon the security settings of your Browser, you may see a File Download - Security Warning message box. Click Run in this box.
  7. You may also see an additional Security Warning message indicating that the publisher is unknown. Click Run in this box.
  8. You will then see an Extracting Downloaded Documents message box. Click Continue on this box.
  9. The Econveyance - Multiple Document Downloading box will display the location that the documents will be saved to. This location will default to the location set in the User Profile and will create a folder using your file number in this location. See User Profile for more details. You can change the download location by typing a new path directly into the box or by clicking the ... button and browsing to the correct location. 
  10. Click OK once the appropriate location is set.
  11. You will then see an Extraction is successful message box. Click OK.

 

You should now be able to find your downloaded documents in the location specified.
