Uploading Documents

You may wish to upload documents to your econveyance file to deliver either via document pickup or email. To upload documents follow these steps:

  1. Click the Upload Documents button. Note: You must have Java properly installed on your computer to use the upload feature. See System Requirements for more details.
  2. Click the Add button in the Document Manager Uploader screen that appears.
  3. Browse to the location of the documents you wish to upload and select one or more documents. Note: To select multiple documents in one folder hold down the Ctrl key while selecting the documents.
  4. Click the Open button. The documents will then appear in the Document Manager Uploader screen.
  5. Click the Upload button.
  6. Click OK on the Upload completed message box.
  7. Close the Document Manager Upload box.
  8. In order to see the uploaded documents you must refresh the screen. Click the refresh icon (double green arrows) at the bottom of the screen or press your F5 key.
